Studio Rules (updated 9/1/17)
Every so often we have to remind our customers of our studio rules. We have a challenge with customers not finishing projects and we need to remind you that we can't store projects forever. So, if you do not finish a project or call us to make other arrangements, we will dispose of it after 6 months. In the future, we will ask for an email address for all projects, so we can remind you of unfinished projects. We have many projects in our storage closet now that are going to be disposed of soon, so if you have a project here, please call and let us know if you are going to finish it.
We are also having challenges with customers bringing in their own projects and materials. We discourage this as this does not bring revenue for the shop to continue doing business. So, from here forward, if you bring in your own projects, you will have to pay a studio fee for using our space, expertise, tools, etc.
Ladies Night Out participants will be required to pay a deposit on their projects if they don't finish them the first night. You will need to finish projects within 2 months or pay a studio fee of $20 for storage after that time. Four or More class participants will have to pay for their projects in full at the time of class even if you don't finish them. We will issue you a receipt for your project and the amount of your deposit. Please keep this receipt and present it when you work on your project.
